Fast Lane Fantasy is owned and operated by Fulton Consulting Services, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company.

Fast Lane Fantasy is a simplified, pick-em style fantasy motorsports platform that allows users to join or create leagues, select drivers before qualifying, compete socially, and track standings. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Fast Lane Fantasy and Fulton Consulting Services, LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Formula 1, FIA, any Formula 1 team or driver, or any professional motorsport organization, sanctioning body, league, team, event promoter, or governing authority. All names and results are used strictly for informational purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

The Company may offer free or paid features, including private league creation and premium features. Fees will be disclosed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

From time to time, Fulton Consulting Services, LLC may offer promotional contests, including public leagues such as the Open Grid League, in which participants may be eligible to receive non-cash prizes (e.g., gift cards, merchandise, or complimentary league creation subscriptions or service credits on the Fast Lane Fantasy platform).

Official scoring rules are published on the Website. The Company may correct errors or adjust results based on official race classifications.

All branding, software, and content are owned by Fulton Consulting Services, LLC.

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by you to the Company in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify the Company for misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may modify features, pricing, or discontinue the Service.

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of California, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
